Required Skills: •Develop and post federal job announcements using Delegated Examining Unit (DEU) and Merit Promotion (MP) procedures through USA Staffing and USAJOBS. •Conduct job analyses, applicant assessments, and adjudicate candidate eligibility and qualifications. •Advise hiring managers on federal hiring flexibilities and special hiring authorities, including Direct Hire Authority (DHA), Veterans Recruitment Appointment (VRA), Schedule A, and Schedule B. •Generate hiring certificates, process personnel actions, and monitor recruitment timelines. •Utilize extensive Delegated Examining (DEU) experience to recruit for specialized law enforcement positions. •Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the federal hiring process.
