Collaborate with the primary market leader, regional leaders, and service line leaders to drive market sector improvements and effectiveness. •Partner cross-functionally with JMT’s Federal Market Leader, National Business Line Leader, regional leaders, and business and service line leaders in the recruitment of key hires to support the market with priority, strategic growth, technical capabilities, and succession planning.
