Required Skills: •We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) Lead to join our growing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) practice. This role requires a highly skilled professional who can lead FCC engagements independently, from design through delivery, while ensuring high-quality outcomes for our clients. •Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic guidance, driving solution design, and overseeing successful implementations of Oracle FCC Cloud. •No candidates whose background is primarily in managed services or support. •No candidates without prior consulting experience. •Have strong end-to-end implementation experience with Oracle FCC. •Can independently lead client engagements from design through delivery. •Bring proven client-facing consulting experience and strong communication skills. •Lead end-to-end Oracle FCC implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design to build, testing, and deployment. Qualifications: •Strong track record of leading FCC implementations independently, including project planning, design workshops, build, SIT/UAT support, and go-live. •Hands-on expertise in FCC functionalities: consolidations, eliminations, multi-currency, ownership structures, Close Manager, and reporting. •Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills. •Demonstrated capacity to guide technical and functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (CPA or MBA a plus). •Prior Big 4 or top-tier consulting experience. •The position is to be located in the US. This position will require travel, which will vary based on project needs and phases, but should average out to approximately 25% - 50% (depending on role).
