Required Skills: •We are seeking an experienced to provide onsite technical support for fastener joint design, validation, testing, and problem resolution. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in fastener materials, coatings, torque development, joint design, and assembly processes. •3–5 years of experience in fastener engineering, fastener joint design, component engineering, or a related role. •Strong knowledge of fastener materials, coatings, joint design, torque development, testing methods, and installation techniques. •Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. •Provide technical expertise for fastener applications during product design, validation, testing, and issue resolution. •Review joints and recommend appropriate fasteners, torque specifications, validation methods, and design improvements. •Perform and evaluate fastener testing, including torque-to-failure, torque-to-yield, torque-tension, clamp-load, ultrasonic, and other applicable tests. •Develop tightening strategies involving dynamic torque, residual torque, audit torque, torque-angle, and angle-controlled applications.
