Required Skills: •Provide strategic oversight for multiple tooling installation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. •Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering professional development and ensuring high performance. •Develop and implement standardized processes for project planning, execution, and tooling installation across projects. •Oversee the installation of complex industrial tooling systems, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with specifications. •Ensure all projects adhere to OSHA regulations, industry standards, and client-specific requirements. •Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders to secure repeat business. •Identify and mitigate high-level risks across the project portfolio, implementing strategies to ensure success. •Review and approve project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
