Office location travels between East, Central, or South regions of County. May be eligible for a hybrid work schedule after six months showing successfully demonstration of performance expectations, subject to business needs. •Flexibility to travel to other PCG offices if needed (East, Central and South Region) •Occasional attendance at meetings, trainings, community events, or stakeholder engagements outside of assigned office locations may be required to support program and contract objectives. Required Skills: •Provide leadership, coaching, and supervision to Housing Services Supervisors, Housing Navigators, Housing Case Managers, Program Assistants, and other assigned staff. Assign work, monitor performance, and support staff development. •Ensure the consistent delivery of high quality, client-centered housing and stabilization services across all service regions. •Oversee the administration of housing assistance programs, including Family Stabilization (FS), Housing Support Program (HSP), and the Refugee Housing Support Program (RHSP) for CalWORKs participants experiencing housing instability or homelessness. •Monitor housing placements, transportation assistance, utility support, and other stabilization services to ensure program effectiveness and compliance. •Ensure accurate and timely data entry, case documentation, and reporting related to program activities, outcomes, and funding requirements. •Develop, analyze, and utilize program performance data to evaluate service delivery, identify trends, and recommend operational and programmatic improvements. •Compile, analyze, and present data using Excel and other reporting tools to support metric-based management, contract compliance, and decision-making. •Prepare and submit accurate, timely internal and external reports, including reports related to housing outcomes, program performance, and funding utilization. Qualifications: •A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited U.S. college or university, or a certified foreign studies equivalency; significant related experience may substitute for the educational requirements.
