Location: Missoula, MT Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 20:09:27 About the job Required Skills: •If you are passionate about providing high-quality care to individuals in your community, we invite you to join our team at AWARE. •AWARE is looking for the right person to join the team as a family care coordinator. •Maintains billings expectations and a caseload established with the designated supervisor and determined by the composition and intensity of caseload, geographical area, and specific service structure in the region on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis. •Provides support in the development of children’s physical skills, cognitive/academic skills, self-help skills, language/communication skills, social/emotional/coping skills in a least-restrictive environment. •Utilize a wrap-around approach to assist with assessment, problem solving, strength identification, parent education, facilitating social skills groups, utilizing a wrap-around approach •Assesses client, family, and environment to determine the appropriateness and need for services. •Co-creates a comprehensive family plan with family, identifying strengths, family needs, and interests, setting short- and long-term goals and tracking progress. •Utilizes a strengths-based approach to address child and family challenges. Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to synthesize available resources and integrate strategies into an effective plan that appropriately addresses the challenges presented by each client. Strong oral and written communication, organizational and problem solving abilities. •A BS/BA Degree in a Human Services Field and one (1) year of direct work experience. An equivalency may be considered. A Valid Montana Driver’s License, along with a clean motor vehicle record required.
