Pay will be set in accordance with the Compensation Plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code in effect at the time of hire. The pay schedule/range is 81-03. Qualifications: •Observing and evaluating progress, providing supervision, counseling and planning for individual skill development. •Providing classroom training, to include in-person, virtual and/or hybrid. •Evaluating performance and enforcing work rules, policies and procedures to ensure standards are being met. •Working in a secured facility or in a security-related role. •Working in a mentor, lead worker or supervisory role utilizing leadership skills and performance management strategies. •Developing training programs, plans, course outlines and establishing training objectives and determining needs •Evaluating training sessions and programs by measuring learning, content relevance and overall impact. •Having any of the following certifications (POSC Instructor; Firearms and Incapacitating Agents and Weapons Instructor; Fire Science Instructor; CPR and First Aid Instructor) •Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team and/or with stakeholders outside the organization. •To apply, click on “Apply for Job” to start the application process.
