Hiring: Facilities Technician Company: Neuralink Location: San Francisco, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-10 10:34:29 Employment Type: Full-time About the job Experience: •Demonstrated capacity to read and understand technical documentation •Good written and verbal communication skills •Willingness to learn and apply new skills •Self-motivated, works well with others and autonomously Required Skills: •Perform routine building maintenance tasks to systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and/or carpentry •Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) or maintenance plans in order to perform preventative maintenance •Conduct site-wide maintenance to our facilities, including painting, patching walls, replacing ceiling/flooring tiles, and carpet •Aid janitorial and hospitality staff with general requests for support, including moving furniture, racks/equipment, disposing of garbage using forklifted dumpster bins, and set-up and tear down of special event areas •Manage other site-wide operations and maintenance programs as assigned by facilities management •Operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts as needed •Open, track, and resolve work orders on a CMMS •Understanding and adherence to electrical and mechanical safety Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalency certificate •Demonstrated capacity to work all shifts and available for overtime, weekends and holidays as needed •Lifting, standing, climbing, bending, grasping, sitting, pulling, pushing, stooping, stretching, and carrying are generally required to perform the functions of this position •Demonstrated capacity to work at elevated heights, including the use of a ladder Compensation: •Excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance through a PPO plan Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
