Required Skills: •The Facilities Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining uninterrupted support for manufacturing operations by ensuring facility systems, including electrical distribution, HVAC, compressed air, plumbing, fire protection, and building infrastructure, are maintained in accordance with company standards and applicable codes. •Leadership & Team Management •Supervise, schedule, and direct daily activities of Facilities technicians, electricians, plumbers, and contract personnel. •Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to facilities team members. •Ensure work assignments are prioritized and completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. •Conduct shift handoffs, team meetings, and safety briefings. •Support employee development through training, mentoring, and skills assessments. •Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, customer service, and continuous improvement. Qualifications: •Conduct routine safety audits and facility inspections. •Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions. •Maintain compliance documentation and required records. •Support emergency preparedness and business continuity planning activities. •Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Facilities Management, or related field preferred. •Equivalent combination of education or relevant experience may be considered. •Demonstrated capacity to walk extensive distances throughout the facility. •Demonstrated capacity to climb ladders, stairs, and access elevated work areas. •Demonstrated capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. •Demonstrated capacity to work in industrial environments with varying temperatures and noise levels.
