Assignments will include routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance repairs as well as project work •Review team performance on a weekly basis using ADP, GPS, Fitness EMS and KPI reports •Monitors our company’s vehicle inventory and cleanliness •Partners with the Facilities Technicians to create a club visitation structure that is updated and maintained weekly through Outlook •Takes full responsibility for the continued development and maintenance of the Helpdesk/Work Order system from end to end •Conducts club facility audits and club tours, partnering with Operations, to evaluate current conditions and identify repair and maintenance opportunities and CAPEX projects for the upcoming year(s) to include projected expenses and level of priority •Partners with Construction on new club builds, remodels, and renovations Qualifications: •Willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time, including nights and weekends •Have and maintain a valid Real ID driver’s license •Have and maintain a clean driving record •Submit an annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, as required •4+ years of experience in facilities management for a multi-unit retail corporation •2+ years of experience in a supervisor capacity •Proven experience creating, tracking, and managing large capital budgets (Up to 10 million) with a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles Compensation: •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
