Required Skills: •Conduct day-to-day fire and burglar alarm repairs, ensuring timely completion and minimizing system downtime. •Assess the status of protective systems and determine watch needs for systems not operating at 100% functionality. •Assist in processing alarm work order tickets, provide feedback to Macy’s Stores Operations Center operators on ticket actions, and troubleshoot alarm system communications (phone lines, cell, and network). •Communicate with store leadership regarding systems and related issues. •Follow up with third-party providers on repairs, installations, and additions. •Support leadership direction and embrace change. •Execute additional responsibilities as directed. •Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities. Qualifications: •Candidates with a High School diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply. 3+ years of experience in the alarm industry preferred. •Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel.
