Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Architecture, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field. •3+ years of facilities, building operations, maintenance, construction, or related experience. •Knowledge of building systems and the technical aspects of facility operations. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong organizational skills. •Customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive working relationships. •Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with employees, vendors, and business partners. •Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills. •Qualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
