Installs special functional and structural parts in devices. Lubricates and cleans parts. Starts devices to test their performance. •Sets up and operates lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts. Repairs electrical equipment and installs 110V, 208V, 277V electrical cabling, boxes, switches and outlets. •Light plumbing work on sinks, toilet bowls, water valves and pipe installations. •Light construction such as painting, installation and spackling of sheetrock, removal and installation of doors and floor tile removal and installation. •Respond to snow removals and other building emergencies as needed.
