Required Skills: •Oversee the operation, maintenance, and improvement of company facilities and supporting infrastructure. •Manage preventative maintenance programs for buildings, equipment, utilities, and operational systems. •Coordinate facility repairs, renovations, and construction projects. •Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met. •Monitor facility systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other critical infrastructure. •Maintain permits and compliance records required for facility operations. •Conduct routine facility inspections and identify opportunities to improve reliability, safety, and efficiency. •Develop facility procedures, checklists, and accountability systems to support day-to-day operations.
