Required Skills: •Lead space planning and site strategy for new office openings, expansions, and consolidations, partnering with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership on lease negotiations, site selection, and capital planning. •Manage and mentor a team of office managers across regions, setting standards, providing coaching, and ensuring consistent execution of workplace programs globally. •Build and maintain scalable facilities frameworks (playbooks, vendor standards, safety protocols) that regional office managers can execute locally. •Ensure all office locations comply with local labor, safety, and building regulations, partnering with Legal and local teams to navigate country-specific requirements as we expand into new markets. •Serve as the senior escalation point for complex, cross-regional facilities issues. •Develop the facilities budget in partnership with Finance and leadership; manage facility budget and operational costs across all sites. •Lead major projects such as office buildouts, relocations, or new market entries end-to-end — planning, budgeting, stakeholder alignment, and delivery. •Partner with Office Managers and the People team to shape a workplace experience — for employees and visitors alike — that reflects and reinforces our culture, from day-to-day environment to how we welcome guests and celebrate milestones.
