Hiring: Facilities Manager Company: US Farathane Location: Riverside, MO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-13 13:34:18 Target Skills & Keywords : Lean Manufacturing, Regulatory Compliance About the job Required Skills: •Directly manage the Maintenance Department, including supervisors, technician, and mezz operations. •Sets departmental goals and objectives and tracks and reports on performance to same. •Provides support to all departments to ensure machinery, equipment and facilities are in top operational order. •Administers preventive maintenance program and monitors for conformance and improvement. •Interact with vendors in procurement of cost-effective components. •Oversee the supervision and assignments of work orders to Maintenance Supervisor and Technicians to assure proper safety, mechanical and housekeeping procedures are followed. •Assure programs are in place to maintain production equipment in optimal operating condition. •Assist in development of Maintenance Department budget; adhere to budget requirements. Qualifications: •Associates degree or equivalent technical degree; and at least five years related experience, or supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. •Strong knowledge of industrial utilities and building systems. •Local knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and local building codes. •Proven experience managing budgets and capital projects. •Electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic certification or training required. •Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, programmable controller problems. •Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement background. •Strong leadership and accountability.
