Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field; and four years of experience in facilities management, building operations, property management; OR 8 years of experience in facilities management, building operations, property management, or a related field. •Strong written and verbal communication skills. •Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. •Demonstrated capacity to effectively interact with customers, employees, contractors, and senior leadership. •Successfully pass background and drug screening •Prior supervisory or management experience. •Facility Management certification (CFM, FMP, or equivalent). •Knowledge of building operations and maintenance principles. •Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
