Required Skills: •Facilities & Utilities Leadership •Lead all facility operations, maintenance activities, and utility systems, including HVAC, purified water, compressed air, chilled water, electrical distribution, and building management systems. •Drive reliability and asset management strategies to maximize uptime, compliance, and lifecycle performance. •Develop long-term facility and utility infrastructure strategies. •Lead facility-related capital projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with GMP requirements. •Identify opportunities to improve capacity, efficiency, sustainability, and asset performance. •Vendor & Contractor Management •Oversee contractor, vendor, and service provider performance. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline. •Strong knowledge of FDA, cGMP, OSHA, and regulatory compliance requirements. •Proven experience managing budgets, contractors, and cross-functional initiatives. •Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
