Hiring: Facilities Manager Company: Caesars Entertainment Location: Baltimore, MD Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 18:10:01 Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Office, Vendor Management About the job Required Skills: •Manage the day-to-day operations of the Facilities Department, ensuring all building systems, equipment, and facilities operate safely and efficiently. •Oversee preventative maintenance programs, work order processes, and repair activities to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. •Inspect buildings, equipment, and operational areas to identify maintenance needs and ensure facilities remain in excellent condition. •Coordinate the cleanliness, upkeep, maintenance, and repair of all assigned facilities, grounds, and infrastructure. •Monitor utility consumption and recommend cost-saving and energy-efficiency initiatives. •Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, environmental standards, company policies, and operating procedures. •Maintain facility emergency response procedures and ensure emergency equipment remains operational and properly maintained. •Coordinate facility improvement projects, renovations, equipment installations, and construction activities. Qualifications: •High School Diploma or GED required. •Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. •Minimum five (5) years of facilities, engineering, maintenance, or construction experience. •Minimum three (3) years of supervisory or management experience. •Hospitality, gaming, casino, hotel, or large commercial property experience preferred. •Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. •Solid functional working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, gas, and building systems. •In-depth knowledge of preventative maintenance and facility management practices. •Demonstrated capacity to read and interpret blueprints, technical documents, specifications, and contracts. •Knowledge of budgeting, purchasing, inventory control, and vendor management.
