Similar equipment experience will be considered. •7+ years’ experience, in a discipline such as: Pneumatics / Hydraulics, Electrical Systems, PLCs, Robotics, Control Systems, or other electro-mechanical disciplines. •Minimum 5 years’ experience in performing preventative and corrective maintenance on extrusion, injection molding, or medical device manufacturing equipment. Properly and proactively complete adjustments or corrections as required. •Proactively and proficiently apply knowledge and skills of machine electrical, mechanical, fluid, pneumatic, and control principles, operations, and applications to effectively assemble, install, maintain, troubleshoot, test, or repair equipment and systems. •Ensure optimal functionality of various manufacturing and facilities equipment by effectively monitoring outputs and properly performing preventive and predictive maintenance tasks. •Proficiently and reliably assess and repair machinery breakdowns or malfunctions by conducting basic and advanced trouble shooting analysis up to and including PLC level diagnostics and program adjustments. •Demonstrated capacity to skillfully develop, communicate, and execute time, cost, scope, and risk plans for addressing impactful machine maintenance downtime.
