Qualifications: •Trade school certifications, continuing education, or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. •Florida CAM license strongly preferred but not required. A CAM license is considered ideal to support inspections, compliance efforts, and collaborative leadership. •Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in facilities maintenance, construction oversight, inspections, or related operational roles. •Demonstrated experience working in active construction or phased development environments. •Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, regulations, and best practices related to community maintenance and site oversight. •Strong attention to detail and ability to identify issues others may overlook. •Comfortable working independently in the field across a large community. •Confident, observant, and assertive without being confrontational. •Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills. •Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; able to prepare clear written reports and summaries.
