Required Skills: •Operations Support •Ensure engineering controls are in place to enable safe facility operations and compliance with applicable permits and regulations. •Identify causes for facility downtime/upsets and evaluate remediation •Identify issues, assess root causes, and formulate plans to address root causes. •Participate in or lead incident investigations •Identify causes of facility flaring/venting and evaluate remediation. •Develop and maintain close working relationships with Operations stakeholders. •Liaison with regulatory and compliance teams Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or related field. •Demonstrated experience in managing and executing projects. •Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to adapt to shifting priorities. •Demonstrated capacity to understand/redline P&ID drawings.
