Required Skills: •Provide technical support for electrical systems, including power distribution, generators, motor control, and emergency systems. •Lead assessments, investigations, and corrective actions for electrical incidents and audit findings. •Support capital and maintenance projects by reviewing designs, performing technical risk assessments, and advising on constructability and handover to operations. •Drive site compliance to electrical codes, engineering standards, and safety requirements. •Interface directly with service partners and contractors to plan and verify work quality, schedules, and performance against contracts. •Maintain asset and documentation records and support the transition of projects into operations with clear procedures and training. •Identify and implement improvements, design changes, or modification to automation/mechanical systems, equipment of procedures to support the business in the following established change control processes. •Conduct site management monitoring tasks and site GEMBAs to ensure service partner and 3rd party contractor works are being carried out in compliance with national, local, and GSK standards. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience. •Solid functional working knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices relevant to industrial facilities. •Proven ability to work with contractors and cross-functional teams to deliver safe outcomes. •Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail. •Operational familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) for work orders and asset records. •Exposure to project engineering for capital improvements and equipment upgrades. •Knowledge of industrial utility systems and building automation interfaces.
