Required Skills: •Demonstrate strong knowledge of facility condition assessment and property condition assessment services •Partner cross-functionally with staff members on a variety of projects and actively mentor junior staff to support the overall development of the team •Coordinate and lead project meetings, providing solutions to technical and administrative issues as necessary •Prepare building science & infrastructure reports, perform analysis, and provide recommendations. Interpret test results, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions •Lead client meetings and/or calls to present and discuss report findings and conclusions •Oversee preparation and review of reports from junior staff prior to Principal review and provide final sign off where approved •Direct project set up and implementation with junior staff and ensure appropriately trained and experienced staff are assigned •Oversee building science & infrastructure projects and assist junior staff with resolution of issues and training of field staff while managing several projects simultaneously Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to walk small and large properties and climb stairs and ladders to access roofs and other areas of a building •Valid driver’s license required if driving for or on behalf of an ECS subsidiary. •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), or a related field.
