This position can be based anywhere in the USA, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a talented, multidisciplinary team. •Manage P&L and update the group’s strategy to attract new clients and expand services. •Develop annual business plans, engage in business development, and oversee proposal processes. •Identify, target, and sell CM and PM services, converting FCA contracts into ongoing program and construction management service contracts, and working closely with the Business Development team. •Lead negotiations for prime- and sub-contracts, plan and allocate resources, and manage a diverse portfolio of projects across North America.
