Required Skills: •Facilities Infrastructure Management (Dallas & CB) •Boilers (steam, hot water, potable hot water) •Compressed air systems (facility infrastructure side) •Maintenance vehicle management •Utility service coordination (Oncor or equivalent) •Service entrance panels and switchgear •Interior, exterior, and emergency lighting systems Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field) preferred. •Demonstrated experience managing building infrastructure including HVAC, boilers, electrical distribution, plumbing, life safety systems, and security systems. •Strong working knowledge of International Building Code (IBC), NFPA standards, OSHA regulations, and other applicable building and safety codes. •Proven experience managing third-party contractors and service providers, including scope development, performance oversight, and cost control. •Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. •Emerging leadership capability with ability to influence cross-functional teams. •The primary working environment includes both office and industrial facility settings.
