Hiring: Facilities Analyst II Company: Kansas City National Security Campus Location: Kansas City, MO Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 11:47:27 Employment Type: Remote Target Skills & Keywords : Quality Assurance, Security Clearance About the job Required Skills: •Performs task and maintenance management on technical projects and assignments. Performs data mining using advanced query procedures to manage maintenance labor and resources, effectively and efficiently. •Reviews project drawings and specifications for maintenance reliability and compatibility with plant structures and utility systems. •Drafts policy, procedure and process improvement proposals related to maintenance and equipment reliability issues. •Identifies and implements modifications/ improvements that drive cost savings and efficiency for both maintenance and utilities systems. •Prepares status reports to assist maintenance management in the management of labor and resources. •Manages the predictive maintenance software, hardware, & support contracts for vibration, ultrasound, and infrared in support of maintenance and production equipment and product. •Develops and implements plans to load level labor and resources for all system generated work and development of routes to efficiently and effectively complete maintenance task. •Demonstrated capacity to travel as determined by the needs of the business.
