Hiring: Experimental Test Pilot Company: Skyryse Location: Camarillo, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 10:29:29 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Accessibility About the job Experience: •5+ years of direct flight-test experience Required Skills: •Execute experimental flight tests in a rotorcraft helicopter that directly shape the future of aviation. •Partner with Flight Test Engineers to translate high-level requirements into executable test strategies, authoring test plans, cards, and procedures that move programs forward quickly and safely. •Develop and maintain flight manuals, operations, checklists and procedures. •Lead and/or participate in safety of flight and flight readiness review boards. •Operate with regulatory rigor and startup velocity, completing documentation that meets FAA standards while enabling rapid iteration. •Maintain elite proficiency across multiple aircraft platforms, ensuring readiness to support diverse test campaigns as programs evolve.
