Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or related field. •In-depth knowledge of engineering fundamentals and mechanical system design. •Proven ability to independently analyze problems and develop solutions. •Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. •Demonstrated capacity to travel up to 10%. •Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. •Knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, mechanics, materials, machine design, or tribology. •Operational familiarity with phase-gate development processes.
