The candidate will use that knowledge to guide process changes and improvements. Additionally, the candidate will serve as the primary interface between the technicians and the supporting functions throughout the facility. •Implement routine manufacturing processes and assist with the development of new or revised processes •Guide routine production activities and resolve problems of limited scope •Assist with the investigation of product defects and production inefficiencies and supports the development of solutions to reduce/mitigate •Review and approve standard technical documents •Guides others in complying with staffing requirements •Assist in translating data into actionable plan Qualifications: •This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements.
