Qualifications: •JD preferred or transactional paralegal experience with strong knowledge of transactional terminology, deal structures, and corporate processes. •Strong writing and editing skills; ability to summarize transactional matters clearly and accurately. •Skilled using generative AI tools for drafting, summarizing, and content transformation. •High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with lawyers, BD colleagues, and administrative teams. •Demonstrated capacity to sit at a desk most of the working day and walk short distances •Needs manual dexterity, speed and accuracy in handling office equipment •Demonstrated capacity to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption •Demonstrated capacity to work in close proximity to other individuals •Demonstrated capacity to carry light [to moderate] objects, e.g., files, small objects and supplies a short distance.
