Required Skills: •Moves parts through the shop floor based on completed job operations. •Expedites jobs delayed by material, labor, tooling, or quality issues. •Coordinates production priorities with supervisors and planners. •Reports completed operations promptly in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and ensures travelers are properly stamped. •Communicates job status updates to the Production Control Planning Team. •Supports recovery plans for late or high-priority orders. •Assists with part staging, job sequencing, and re-prioritization. •Identifies production bottlenecks and escalates issues that may impact delivery. Qualifications: •High school diploma. •Understanding of routings, travelers, and shop floor operations. •Strong problem-solving and coordination skills. •Demonstrated capacity to assist with process improvement. •Demonstrated capacity to work directly with operators and supervisors. •Demonstrated capacity to read, speak, and write in English. •Forklift certification; training can be provided. •Constant standing and walking for at least 8 hours. •Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying up to 50 pounds, typically 35 pounds. •Sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.
