Required Skills: •Oversee all community operations, customer-facing functions, and deliverables to ensure best-in-class resident experience and operational consistency across a large-scale portfolio. •Partner closely with corporate executive leadership to drive client retention strategies, launch revenue-generating initiatives, and support aggressive organic and acquisition growth. •Spearhead internal change management and corporate systems integration across operational, technical, and shared services platforms. •Drive performance and accountability across the division through key operational metrics, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and annual budget/forecasting alignment. •Build, mentor, and elevate a high-performing team of management professionals, fostering an empowered culture focused on leadership development, performance management, and talent acquisition. •Collaborate directly with executive accounting leadership to ensure seamless delivery of community financial services and internal regulatory compliance. •Maintain strong relationships with clients, board members, vendors, and industry association partners.
