Hiring: Executive Vice President, Alaska Division Company: Goldbelt, Incorporated Location: Juneau, AK Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 13:02:32 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : Business Analysis, Microsoft Office, Project Management About the job Required Skills: •Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic objectives for commercial operations, land, and real estate. •Lead and oversee the management of all Alaska-based operations including all land and real estate (33,000 acres of ANCSA land holdings). •Lead and oversee the growth, strategic planning, and profitability objectives of the Goldbelt Tram, LLC, Goldbelt Transportation, LLC, Seadrome facility, CP Leasing, LLC, and Goldbelt Security (Commercial Services), LLC, and future new business. •Oversee the development and implementation of strategic and tactical business plans with enterprise managers, ensures business objectives and timelines are followed and align with the company’s overall strategic planning. •Evaluates and advises on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action. •Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities. •Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned. •Develop short- and long-term operational strategies in partnership with senior team members and provide the leadership necessary for the successful design, development, and execution of that strategy to achieve measurable outcomes in a timely, cost-effective manner. Qualifications: •Working proficiency with investment principles, budgeting processes, and financial management requirements. •Public speaking and presentations skills. •Demonstrated leadership skills with a broad knowledge of management practices and good business analysis/project management skills. •Demonstrated ability to grasp a large, complex, matrix-oriented business at a base level and use this understanding to set overall strategy and drive business process improvement. •Demonstrated business acumen to effectively communicate and work with other executives in support of achieving business and systems goals. •Strong business planning skills to execute strategic projects with implications for areas with rapidly evolving business processes. •Proven ability to manage numerous projects, as well as resources, remotely in a highly dispersed organization. •Proven ability to select top talent and create a productive environment that promotes initiative, innovation, continual learning, and development of key personnel for future advancement. •Demonstrated capacity to embrace change, learn quickly, and thrive in a dynamic corporate environment. •Skill in working harmoniously within cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
