Qualifications: •Master's Degree in Social Work or related discipline. •Demonstrated success in designing and implementing complex quality improvement initiatives, with a track record of improving clinical outcomes and operational efficiencies. •Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, performance measurement, and regulatory compliance in healthcare settings. •Excellent strategic planning and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively. •Exceptional analytical skills, including data interpretation, trend analysis, and performance reporting. •Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. •Proven leadership capabilities, including team development, coaching, and fostering a collaborative work environment. •Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC or other mental health professional.
