Hiring: Executive Vice President, Adult and Crisis Services Company: Family & Children's Services Location: Tulsa, OK Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 12:21:25 Target Skills & Keywords : Change Management, ELT, Project Management, Regulatory Compliance About the job Experience: •Proven leadership experience in a senior programmatic role within a behavioral health or healthcare organization. •Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare quality improvement, preferably within mental health services or CCBHCs. •Data Analysis and Decision Making •Project Management •Innovation and Change Management Required Skills: •Executive Leadership & Strategy •In collaboration with the Chief Programming Officer and Executive Leadership Team, provide executive leadership and strategic oversight for Adult Services, Crisis Services, Recovery Services, and Community-Based Services. •Develop and execute long-term strategies that align organizational priorities, community needs, growth opportunities, and healthcare trends. •Evaluate opportunities, risks, and resource needs, and make recommendations that support organizational success and sustainability. •Service Line & Continuum of Care Oversight •Oversee the adult behavioral health continuum, including outpatient, crisis, recovery, and community-based services. •Ensure coordinated, integrated, and accessible services that improve client experience, continuity of care, and outcomes. •Lead initiatives that strengthen access, reduce barriers to care, and respond to emerging community needs. Qualifications: •Master's Degree in Social Work or related discipline. •Demonstrated success in designing and implementing complex quality improvement initiatives, with a track record of improving clinical outcomes and operational efficiencies. •Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies, performance measurement, and regulatory compliance in healthcare settings. •Excellent strategic planning and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively. •Exceptional analytical skills, including data interpretation, trend analysis, and performance reporting. •Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. •Proven leadership capabilities, including team development, coaching, and fostering a collaborative work environment. •Must be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LADC or other mental health professional.
