Hiring: Executive Talent Acquisition Partner Company: TD Location: New York, NY Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 13:44:49 Target Skills & Keywords : Risk Management, Stakeholder Management About the job Experience: •7+ years related experience •Expert knowledge of recruiting and employment practices •Knowledge of federal and state employment laws •Extensive recruiting experience in an HR setting or agency required •Established network of contacts in Banking / financial services and executive circles preferred Required Skills: •Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and HR partners, leveraging deep market intelligence, executive search expertise, and extensive talent networks to build leadership pipelines that support TD's long-term business strategy. •The Executive Talent Acquisition Partner leads the development/design/delivery of effective talent acquisition and diversity strategies, plans and programs for a portfolio and acts as a subject matter expert in own area of expertise. •Focused on highly specialized portfolio of the greatest complexity •Works autonomously and accountable for acting as a lead within a specialized function and may provide work direction to others •Provides seasoned specialized knowledge, advice and/or guidance to various stakeholders and team members •Scope of role may have enterprise impact •Focus on medium -term issues (e.g. 6-12 months) •Undertakes and completes a variety of complex projects and initiatives requiring specialist knowledge and/or the integration of cross functional processes within own area of expertise Qualifications: •In lieu of the 7 year requirement, willing to consider candidates with 5+ years experience in executive recruiter and/or senior roles •Demonstrated success in successfully recruiting senior leadership and executive-level talent across complex organizations. •Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and consult senior business leaders. •Expertise in executive sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, and candidate assessment. •Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. •Strong business acumen and the ability to align talent strategies with organizational objectives. •Acts as the Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, informing talent decisions with acute knowledge of the organization and businesses supported, having deep expertise of external markets with an objective to continuously upgrade talent •Manages end to end aspects of the recruitment process / specialized acquisition program •Develops and executes innovative talent strategies, leveraging industry best practices and market data to proactively target qualified active and passive candidates to build a robust pipeline of diverse talent •Advises business leads on talent market gaps and provides insights on alternate practices and opportunities Compensation: •$91,000 - $145,600 / year •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
