Required Skills: •Provide white glove IT support to senior executives and their assistants, owning issues through to resolution. •Act as a senior escalation point for complex end user issues across the wider business. •Support users across office, remote and international environments. •Manage executive devices, including laptops, iPhones, Intune, Autopilot and Apple Business Manager. •Support conference rooms, AV, executive meetings and business critical events. •Manage onboarding, offboarding, hardware refreshes and IT assets. •Maintain documentation, ticket quality and service levels. •Participate in an on call rotation, including occasional evenings and weekends. Qualifications: •Strong hands on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows 11 and Autopilot. •Strong conference room and video conferencing experience. •Polished communication skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure. •High level of discretion when working with senior stakeholders. •Comfortable with scheduled on call and occasional out of hours support. •Authorized to work in the US. •A high visibility role supporting senior executives directly. •Broad exposure across endpoint, identity, mobile, AV and IT operations. •Interface directly with modern Microsoft and Apple technologies. •Opportunity to improve processes and make a visible impact.
