Specific certifications are often required. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Required Skills: •As an Executive Protection Agent within PNC's Physical Security organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh PA. •PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. •As an Executive Protection Agent within PNC's Executive Protection organization, you will provide close protection and other security-related functions for PNC Executives during domestic and/or international assignments. •Demonstrated capacity to interface professionally with senior executives, family members, internal stakeholders and external partners. •Demonstrated cultural awareness and discretion when interacting with global security vendors and foreign law enforcement/security agencies. •Strong written and verbal communication skills for briefing leadership and documenting protection plans and after-action reports. •Operational familiarity with digital security systems and secure communications platforms. •Proficiency in tools for itinerary management, route mapping, and risk scoring. Qualifications: •Prior service in a federal protective agency (e.g., U.S. Secret Service, Diplomatic Security Service, USMS, or equivalent) is strongly preferred but not mandatory. •Advanced tactical training, including firearms proficiency, evasive driving, defensive tactics, and close-quarters protection. •Comprehensive expertise in threat assessment, risk analysis, and vulnerability identification in both domestic and international contexts. •Strong knowledge of surveillance detection, counter-surveillance, and protective intelligence practices. •Extensive experience in advance planning, including site assessments, route planning, venue security coordination, and contingency response •Demonstrated capacity to create and execute comprehensive protection plans for domestic and international travel, events, and public appearances. •Skilled in managing motorcade logistics, arrival/departure procedures, and secure transportation protocols. •Leadership & Program Management •Demonstrated capacity to work with cross-functional teams (physical security, legal, risk, compliance, corporate communications, 3rd Party Vendors) to align protection strategies with organizational goals. •Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, security management, homeland security, or related field preferred.
