Hiring: Executive Operations Partner Company: Hasbro Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 07:41:15 Employment Type: On-site Target Skills & Keywords : Spark About the job Experience: •0-3 years of experience may be typical for this role, but candidates with additional experience are welcome and will receive full consideration •3 years of experience may be typical for this role, but candidates with additional experience are welcome and will receive full consideration Required Skills: •Executive and Team Support •Manage complex calendars, travel, and communications for the President, AI Studio, with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism. •Coordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings, ensuring follow-ups and decisions are documented and tracked. •Serve as a primary liaison between the President, their direct reports, and key internal stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely execution. •Support cross-functional collaboration by facilitating communication, scheduling, and coordination. •Professional Development and Exposure •Work closely with the President and their leadership team to gain insight into AI strategy, financial management, operational execution, and corporate strategy. •Attend select meetings with the President or leadership team, taking notes and following up on actions to support continuity and accountability. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree required •Approximately 0-3 years of experience may be typical for this role, but candidates with additional experience are welcome and will receive full consideration •Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. •Strong attention to detail and comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). •Genuine interest in AI and emerging technology, with curiosity about how it's reshaping business operations. •Intellectual curiosity, a collaborative spirit, and a growth mindset. •This role requires onsite work 3 days per week at our studio in West Hollywood, CA •The pay transparency range for this role is listed below.
