Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required; advanced degree such as an MS, MBA, or PhD preferred. •Deep expertise in alliance governance, strategic partnership development, performance management, and execution through external organizations. •Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and multiple concurrent workstreams in a matrixed environment. •Strong knowledge of biopharmaceutical development from late-stage development through commercialization, including manufacturing, technical development, supply, and launch-readiness interdependencies. •Expertise in strategic planning, governance, contract and milestone oversight, budget management, risk management, and issue escalation. •Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, influence, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
