You may perform other functions as assigned. •Partner with district leaders to understand instructional priorities, implementation challenges, and adoption considerations, providing strategic guidance on the effective use of high-quality instructional materials and supporting local decision-making related to instructional materials adoption and implementation. Qualifications: •Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university •Share the belief that all Texas students can achieve at high levels and are able to succeed in college, career, or the military •Demonstrated ability to build credibility, influence executive-level stakeholders without direct authority, and establish trusted relationships across the Texas K-12 education community •Data-driven decision maker with the ability to structure ambiguity into actionable, value-added plans •Demonstrated understanding of the processes and challenges of school boards, school systems, and educational service centers and practices to create system level change •A desire to self-reflect, give/receive feedback and continuously improve •New hires, rehires, and internal hires will typically receive a starting salary between the posted minimum and the average pay of employees within the same classification. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and qualifications and consider internal pay equity across employees performing similar work. •The top half of the posted salary range is generally reserved for candidates whose qualifications exceed the role's requirements.
