Required Skills: •Demonstrated capacity to accomplish results through strong volunteer recruitment and management. •Achieve revenue/fundraising goals and hold staff and volunteers accountable. •Secure corporate donations through participating in and leading top-level sponsorship asks. •Cultivate major donors, securing large corporate sponsorships (of $100,000 or more), and identifying and securing foundation gifts. •Collaborative approach when working with other internal partners, such as our Health Strategies and Youth Market Teams, to help drive specific cause initiatives in defined markets. •This position will remain open until •Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. •Direct knowledge of special event campaign fundraising tactics. •Demonstrated track record in building effective teams of staff and volunteers, and in setting and achieving aggressive goals on a sustained basis. •Demonstrated capacity to influence others to action through creating a shared vision and sense of ownership and personal accountability. •Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including large and small group presentations, group facilitation, and training. Skill in written communications, to include clear and concise narrative reports, evaluations, and similar narrative pieces. •Demonstrated capacity to read, comprehend, and analyze revenue metrics, as well as fundraising reports. Skill in the use of spreadsheet/database analysis. •The ability to travel locally daily requires access to reliable transportation at all times, on an immediate basis. •Basic knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office used for word processing, email, presentations, and spreadsheets.
