You’ll help keep priorities moving, information organized, and projects on track while gaining exposure to nearly every aspect of a fast-growing independent music company. •The ideal candidate loves music, has exceptional judgment and follow-through, and is equally comfortable coordinating a meeting, organizing a music catalog, preparing a client presentation, setting up a writing session, or figuring out how to make a new process work better. •As an early member of a growing company, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute beyond your day-to-day responsibilities and help shape how Parasol operates and grows. •Executive & Business Support •Provide day-to-day support to Parasol’s co-founders, including calendar management, scheduling, meeting coordination, travel, and administrative support •Help prioritize and track key follow-ups, commitments, deadlines, and action items Qualifications: •You genuinely enjoy being the person who makes things happen •. You’re exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, but you also understand the bigger picture. You have strong instincts, good judgment, and the ability to navigate a fast-moving environment where priorities can change quickly. •You’re excited by the opportunity to work closely with a founder and gain exposure to many different aspects of building a creative business.
