Required Skills: •You can work from Seattle, WA; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Irvine, CA; or New York, NY. •Manage complex calendaring and events based on Executive and Team priorities, while proactively resolving scheduling conflicts •Create confidential presentations and correspondence for internal executives and external communications •Gain knowledge of team and overall Twitch business; serve as a strategic partner to the executive and their extended team •Coordinate domestic and international travel and accommodations •Manage expense reporting and approval on executives' behalf •Interface directly with other EBPs across Twitch, Amazon, and external companies •Manage attendees, agenda, and logistics of all recurring meetings and departmental events (offsites, All Hands, and conferences) while anticipating conflict Qualifications: •Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous, undefined work and structure it into a clear plan with owners, milestones, and accountability. •Proven ability to influence without authority – building alignment, navigating disagreement, and driving outcomes through trust rather than positional power. •Comfort managing stakeholder relationships across levels (IC through Director+), across orgs, and across competing priorities. You know when to escalate, when to negotiate, and when to move forward. •Strong written and verbal communication – able to distill complex work into clear, concise updates for any audience, from a Slack thread to an executive briefing. •High emotional intelligence and a collaborative orientation – you build trust quickly, upwards, downwards, and across. You lead with empathy, adapt your approach to the person and the context, and understand that relationships are the foundation of influence. •Bachelor's degree preferred •Operational familiarity with Twitch, either as a viewer or creator (or both!)
