Required Skills: •Executive Assistant to President & Chief Growth Officer •The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and business support to PURE’s President and Chief Growth Officer. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders of a dynamic, growing organization and gain broad exposure to PURE’s business, people, broker partners, and strategic priorities. •We’re looking for someone who is exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and energized by a fast-paced environment. Strong candidates will have experience expertly manage complex calendars and travel while supporting executive meetings, presentations, reporting, and other business priorities. •Success in this role requires excellent judgment, strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they become requests. •Executive Support & Calendar Management •Provide comprehensive administrative support to PURE’s President and Chief Growth Officer, serving as a trusted partner in managing day-to-day priorities. •Proactively manage complex executive calendars, balancing competing priorities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring effective use of executive time. •Coordinate internal and external meetings with senior executives, broker partners, business partners, and other key stakeholders.
