A positive attitude and team-first approach are a must. •Essential Duties And Responsibilities •Coordinate staff meetings, leadership meetings, all-hands meetings, offsites, and executive reviews, including agenda planning, pre-read coordination, action item tracking, follow-up ownership, and closure of next steps. •Calendar Management: Own executive calendar; coordinate across senior executives, business partners and team members by prioritizing schedules and qualifying requests. Proactively solicit agendas and manage attendee lists. •Coordinate logistics for travel by developing itineraries, booking domestic and international flights, arranging transportation and accommodation.
