Hiring: Executive Assistant to COO, Provider Operations - Onsite Minnetonka, MN Company: UnitedHealthcare Location: Minnetonka, MN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 15:46:17 Employment Type: Full-time / Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint About the job Experience: •5+ years of experience providing executive level administrative support to senior leaders (VPs and above) within a large, complex organization (Fortune 500 preferred) Required Skills: •Provide primary executive support to the Operations & Experience COO Provider Operations and team, including comprehensive calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense management, and day-to-day operational support •Proactively anticipate needs and remove obstacles by leveraging a deep understanding of the COO's priorities and context to independently triage requests and accelerate effective decision-making •Serve as a key partner to the O&E executive leadership team, coordinating closely with other executive assistants across the enterprise •Perform BSL duties for Provider Operations team •Ensure the COO, Provider Operations is prepared for meetings by anticipating needs, assembling decision-ready materials, and capturing key decisions and follow-ups to drive timely completion •Handle sensitive, confidential, and time critical information with the utmost discretion, professionalism, and adherence to internal policies and procedures •Prepare, coordinate, and distribute materials for executive meetings, board level interactions, and external engagements •Ensure all meeting logistics, technology, and resources are fully prepared and functioning for in person, hybrid, and virtual meetings Qualifications: •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and related collaboration tools •Demonstrated experience anticipating executive needs, managing ambiguity, and exercising sound judgment independently •Proven experience handling highly confidential information with discretion, tact, and professionalism •Solid executive presence and emotional intelligence with the ability to represent the office and interact confidently, professionally, and effectively with senior executives, internal partners, and external stakeholders •Exceptional organizational skills with experience managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously •Resides within reasonable commuting distance to Minnetonka, MN office; willing and able to work onsite in Minnetonka office four (4) days per week. •Willing and able to travel 10% +/- depending on business need •SharePoint experience and comfort managing executive level content repositories Compensation: •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
