The Executive Assistant will help the COO manage priorities, organize information, coordinate communication, track commitments, and keep important projects and follow-ups moving across the company. •The right person will become a trusted administrative partner who can anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, communicate professionally, and independently close open loops without requiring constant direction. •You should be comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change quickly, interruptions happen, and follow-through matters. •Executive & Calendar Support Qualifications: •Strong organizational and time-management skills. •Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. •Strong written and verbal English communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple responsibilities, deadlines, and changing priorities. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities. •Strong judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information. •Professional communication skills when interacting with executives, employees, customers, vendors, and external partners. •Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly. •Legally authorized to work in the United States. •Able to work on-site at our Giltner, Nebraska location.
