Required Skills: •NovoMed PARTNERS is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to the CEO to serve as a trusted partner and the primary point of coordination for the CEO. •This is not a traditional administrative support role. •The Executive Assistant will manage a complex calendar, extensive domestic and international travel, meetings and events, executive communications, contacts, and day-to-day priorities. The role will also serve as an important liaison across NovoMed, our portfolio companies, investors, clients, business partners, and other external stakeholders. •As NovoMed continues to build its infrastructure, this individual will also help establish our physical office presence and may support office management during the startup phase until a dedicated Office Manager is in place. •This is a highly visible, high-trust role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment and takes pride in making an executive and an organization more effective. •Own the CEO’s Calendar, Priorities, and Time •Manage a complex and frequently changing executive calendar, prioritizing meetings, appointments, and competing demands to maximize the CEO’s effectiveness. •Act as a gatekeeper and thought partner on scheduling decisions, understanding what is urgent, what is important, and what can be delegated or deferred. Qualifications: •You are more than an excellent administrator. You are someone a CEO can rely on completely. •You naturally think ahead. You notice details others miss, anticipate what will be needed next, and solve problems before they become distractions. You are comfortable making judgment calls, changing direction quickly, and managing multiple priorities without losing composure or attention to detail. •You communicate exceptionally well, build relationships easily, and understand how to work with senior executives and important external stakeholders. You know when to push, when to protect, when to follow up, and when discretion matters most. •You combine judgment, energy, resourcefulness, urgency, organization, and exceptional follow-through. •Most importantly, you take genuine ownership of making the CEO and the organization more effective. •Demonstrated experience supporting a CEO, founder, C-suite executive, or similarly demanding senior leader. •Exceptional calendar management, travel planning, organizational, and prioritization skills. •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and external stakeholders. •Excellent judgment, discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle highly confidential information. •Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to anticipate needs and act without waiting for detailed direction.
